Hi, I’m Ashley, Co-Founder of Innate Health Chiropractic and Operations Lead. I have the privilege of building this mission alongside my husband, Dr. Nick.

A Foundation Built on Calling

Neurologically focused chiropractic care has shaped my life and our family’s journey in profound ways. It is more than what we do; it is how we live. From the beginning, I immersed myself in the science, philosophy, and systems behind neurologically focused chiropractic care and nervous system centered healing.

While Nick was in chiropractic school, I was managing a rapidly growing chiropractic practice, attending seminars alongside him, and learning every layer of what it takes to build and scale a thriving office rooted in nervous system optimization. I did not earn the clinical degree, but I built the operational foundation and discovered my true calling: leadership within a mission driven care model.

Leading with Excellence

Today, I lead the business and operations of IHC with one clear mission: to create an exceptional and intentional experience for every family who walks through our doors.

I believe excellence and servant leadership honor people.

I am passionate about building structure that supports transformation. From refining systems and increasing efficiency to elevating communication and implementing innovative tools, I love creating clarity behind the scenes so our doctors and team can deliver extraordinary care. Operations, systems, and team development energize me because I see leadership as multiplication. When one person grows, everyone rises.

At IHC, I also serve as Team Lead for our Care Advocates and Marketing Director. Developing and empowering our team is one of my greatest responsibilities and greatest joys. I am in the business of raising leaders. When our team grows in confidence, ownership, and vision, our families feel it.

I am incredibly proud of our team, truly the dream team. The culture we have built is intentional, Christ centered, growth minded, and rooted in strong core values. When leadership is healthy, culture is aligned, and systems are strong, families receive the highest level of neurologically focused chiropractic care.

Called to Serve

We are deeply grateful that God called us back to our roots in Perrysburg. Serving this community is a privilege we steward seriously. Our mission is to help every person reconnect with their God given health potential through nervous system focused chiropractic care and live the vibrant life they were created to enjoy.

Innate Health Chiropractic exists to bring clarity, hope, and excellence to families who are seeking something different: care that addresses the root cause and supports long term wellness.

Life at Home: Where Legacy Begins

Before I lead a business, I lead at home.

Nick and I are deeply intentional about building not only a strong practice, but a strong marriage and family. Homeschooling Emerson is one of the greatest privileges of my life. We believe we are not simply educating him; we are shaping his character, nurturing his faith, and helping him discover who God created him to be.

Our home is filled with energy, laughter, learning, and growth. We love living a holistic, health focused, active lifestyle by spending time outdoors, enjoying anything water related, prioritizing strength training and sauna sessions, and making memories with our mini Goldendoodle Bella and our kitten Snowball.

We believe how we live privately fuels how we lead publicly.

We treasure slow mornings, meaningful conversations, time with friends and family, and serving within our church community. The same intentionality, faith, and vision we bring to Innate Health Chiropractic begin within the walls of our home because legacy always starts there.

Building Something Bigger

Building Innate Health Chiropractic alongside Nick is one of the greatest honors of my life. Yet at the center of it all is our faith in Jesus, our marriage, and our son, because the strength of our home and the foundation of Christ are what make everything else possible.

Nothing brings me more joy than watching families find healing, confidence, and hope through neurologically focused chiropractic care that restores balance to the nervous system and creates lasting change.

This is not just our work. It is our calling in our home, in our community, and for generations to come.
